American sportswear classics twisted, sometimes literally, are not what they seem at first. A corduroy dress whose sleeves double as a scarf. A nubby tweed rendered through intricate embroidery. A tailored blazer under a sheer gauze veil. The details are what make each piece irresistibly special.
Breaking from Tradition
A subversion of archetypes. The dressed-up lady’s cocktail dress is laidback in humble corduroy, while lounging sweatpants are super luxe in soft Japanese jersey. Bankerly striped button-downs are paired with sequin vests.
Louche Luxury
The most luxurious materials were used in counterintuitive ways, meant to look beautifully soft and worn. Needle-punched wool felt like fleece while a delicate fawn print finished a textured velvet jacket with a nipped waist and mohair jacquard skirt.
