1. Do I have to create an account?

Please note: the order processing takes up to 2 working days. Your package will be delivered within 3 – 5 days depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

FIND YOUR ORDER NUMBER

Your order number is listed near the top of your order confirmation email — sent within 15 minutes of purchasing. It also appears in your shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. You can also find your order number by visiting My Account.

4. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Please note that the order cancellations are not always possible if your order has been prepared.
